Membership is open to new and experienced professionals, as well as graduate students interested in career and job search counseling, career planning, and job placement. MACCA members come from community colleges, four-year colleges and universities, technical colleges, secondary schools, government agencies, non-profit organizations, private practice, and business and industry in the Mid-Atlantic region, and beyond, including: Washington, DC; Delaware; Maryland; New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; and Virginia.
All members are encouraged to take an active role in the association by volunteering for committees, contributing articles for the Interact and the MACCA website, attending Executive Board meetings and networking with other members. MACCA’s active membership now consists of 250 career professionals. MACCA is noted for the diversity of its membership.
