The pandemic was a historic change agent in the the recruitment process, shifting to virtual recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of new employees. Learn how  organizations are minimizing algorithm bias in their use of AI and ATS systems.   Panelists will share their insights on how career counselors can prepare those we assist to put their best virtual self forward in the job search.

Learning Objectives:
Attendees will learn from the panelists:

  • How ATS and AI are changing the landscape of recruitment and process for candidates in the job search
  • Advise on strategies we can share with job candidates for standout resumes and virtual interviews to optimize jobseeker employment prospects
  • How organizations are ensuring that the use of AI is free from unintended bias in the recruitment process
